Frequently asked questions

Can I try before I pay?: Yes. The Free plan lets you index a channel and publish your search page at no cost, for as long as you like. Upgrade whenever you're ready.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, then move to Free.
What payment methods do you accept?: Payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Available methods (major credit/debit cards and more) are shown at checkout based on your location.
Are taxes included?: Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated and added at checkout based on your location, as required by law.
